Management Team

Alicia provides strategic leadership and manages the day-to-day operations of Meridian Blue Construction.  Alicia brings a unique background of business, employment law, contract negotiation and compliance, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk management experience to the Company.  Alicia holds a MA in Public and Non-Profit Administration and a Juris Doctor.  She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.

Edd provides leadership for all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and project management for Meridian Blue Construction. Edd has dedicated nearly 25 years of his professional career to the telecommunications industry. What started as a summer job climbing towers turned into a deep appreciation for connecting people through wireless.

Steve provides oversight for all aspects of construction including safety, quality, and timeliness of services. Steve has over 24 years of experience in the wireless communications industry with over 20 years of management experience, and 10 years of executive experience. Steve’s vast knowledge of all things wireless is invaluable.

Jared is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of cell site construction, including scope, planning, budgeting, safety, quality, scheduling, staffing, material handling, implementation, and customer satisfaction. He brings a vast array of experience and has been with MB since the start.

With over 24 years in the wireless industry, Bob has spent his career focused on the telecommunications field. He has worked in almost every aspect of this industry from starting out as a tower climber, advancing to owning his own successful tower business, then to becoming an operations manager at a large wireless company. With all his experience, he understands todays ever evolving challenges of network deployment. He is excited to be part of the leadership team and to help transform current business processes through the use of Technology.

Lydell has been a dedicated professional in the telecom tower industry since 2004. Serving in roles such as Foreman, Construction Manager, Field Construction Manager, and Operations Manager. With a background as a heavy equipment operator since 1991, he has successfully managed new site builds for Verizon Wireless, colocations, site clean-ups, and T-Mobile decommissioning projects. Before entering the telecom industry, he owned and operated a successful excavation and landscaping business, which provided him with a strong foundation in project management and site development. His extensive industry experience and diverse skill set make him an invaluable addition to the MB team.

Derek joined Meridian Blue in 2021 and has 19 years of experience in the wireless construction industry. He is responsible for heading up projects with all aspects of cell site construction. His focus is primarily on Verizon’s fiber network backhaul deployment. But he also maintains existing customer satisfaction, managing subcontractors, soliciting direct work through new customers and will help manage the field team's day-to-day operation.

Jesse has been with Meridian Blue since 2019 and has 16 years of experience in the wireless industry. He started as a tower climber and has worked his way up to Project Manager. He values customer relations and strives to provide a seamless project from start to finish, whether that be a Carrier Upgrade or Rawland tower build. His main Customer is Verizon Wireless but has worked with all Carriers in one way or another. He is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of cell site construction, including scope, planning, budgeting, quality, material handling, implementation, and customer satisfaction.

With 11 years in telecommunications, Josh has progressed from climber to leadership roles. He has extensively managed AT&T projects, as well as experience on all carriers.  Serving as a Construction Manager for a turf vendor running the site cx, precon scoping and management of the power plant projects. He was a PM for AT&T and SEH, managing contractors from start to project completion. His expertise lies in building and managing complex projects efficiently.

Lemarr has been with us since 2020. He is an indispensable member of our team, serving as the Health & Safety Manager. In this role, he is dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of our employees and fostering a secure working environment. His commitment to promoting and enforcing best practices not only ensures compliance but also cultivates a culture of safety that is paramount to our success.

Stephanie is an integral part of the Meridian Blue team, ensuring the seamless delivery of closeout documentation to our esteemed clients. Since joining Meridian Blue in 2022, Stephanie has brought her dedication and expertise to every aspect of her role, contributing to the company's continued success and client satisfaction.

Kayla brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as the overseer of payroll and accounting at Meridian Blue. With a decade-long tenure dedicated to project closeout standards and deadlines, she's honed her skills in meticulous attention to detail and effective management practices. Transitioning seamlessly into her current position, Kayla has been a valuable asset since joining Meridian Blue in 2016.

Adrienne is a seasoned professional behind human resources and marketing at Meridian Blue. With close to a decade of expertise in HR and more than 15 years in branding/marketing and photography, she brings a rare combination of skills. Since 2019, Adrienne has played a key role in developing policies, procedures, and programs, as well as fostering employee relations and supporting organizational growth.

Travis joined the Meridian Blue team in 2019.  He brings a great skillset for site configuration and deployment of warehouse modules.  He is the contact point for the field teams regarding materials, issues, and other related logistic execution processes.
