Founded in 2013, Meridian Blue brings over 30 years of trusted industry experience and expertise to the table. Based in Lakeville, MN we provide services to customers throughout the United States.

Alicia Titus


Alicia provides strategic leadership and manages the day-to-day operations of Meridian Blue Construction.  Alicia brings a unique background of business, employment law, contract negotiation and compliance, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk management experience to the Company.  Alicia holds a MA in Public and Non-Profit Administration and a Juris Doctor.  She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.


Edd Hickman

Vice President

Edd provides leadership for all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and project management to Meridian Blue Construction.  Edd has over 16 years of experience in the wireless communications industry with over 11 years of management experience, and 3 years of executive experience. 


Steve Erickson

Chief Construction Officer

Steve provides oversight for all aspects of construction including safety, quality, and timeliness of services.  Steve has over 16 years of experience in the wireless communications industry with over 10 years of management experience, and 3 years of executive experience.

Bob Selisker

Operations Manager

With over 20 years in the wireless industry, Bob has spent his career focused on the telecommunications field. He has worked in almost every aspect of this industry from starting out as a tower climber, advancing to owning his own successful tower business, then to becoming an operations manager at a large wireless company. With all his experience, he understands todays ever evolving challenges of network deployment.  He is excited to be part of the leadership team and to help transform current business processes through the use of Technology.

Jesse Haugen

Project Manager

Jesse has been with Meridian Blue since 2019 and is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of cell site construction, including scope, planning, budgeting, quality, material handling, implementation, and customer satisfaction.


Derek Strohschein

Project Manager

Derek joined Meridian Blue in 2021 and has 15 years of experience in the wireless construction industry. He is responsible for heading up projects with all aspects of cell site construction. He will also be focusing primarily on Verizon. But also maintaining existing customer satisfaction, managing Subcontractors, soliciting direct work through new customers and will help manage the field team's day-to-day operations.

Kayla Amundson

Project Manager

Kayla provides oversight and ensures the timely delivery of closeout documentation to our valued customers.  She has been with Meridian Blue since 2016 and has over five years of experience in the wireless communications industry.  Prior to joining our team Kayla spent three years overseeing and assisting with project closeout standards and deadlines. 


Shane Lefler

Health & Safety Manager

Shane has been our Health and Safety Administrator for Meridian Blue Construction, as well as the Climbing and Rescue trainer since 2019.  He is a member of SPRAT, the International Technical Rescue Association, and an American Red Cross Instructor for Wilderness and Remote Area First Aid as well as CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.  He is an ice climber and mountaineer.  Before coming here, he was a lead-climbing instructor and athletic coach for competitive ice climbers.


Adreinne Christian

HR Generalist

Adrienne manages the day-to-day human resource and marketing area of Meridian Blue’s policies, procedures, and programs. While overseeing employee relations, employment, training, development, and organizational development.  She has been with MB since 2019 and has had over 3 years experience in account management/recruiting and over 10 years within the branding and marketing arena.

Travis Rehnelt

Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Travis joined the Meridian Blue team in July of 2019.  He brings a great skillset for site configuration and deployment of warehouse modules.  He is the contact point for the field teams regarding materials, issues, and other related logistic execution processes.
