Management Team

Alicia provides strategic leadership and manages the day-to-day operations of Meridian Blue Construction.  Alicia brings a unique background of business, employment law, contract negotiation and compliance, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk management experience to the Company.  Alicia holds a MA in Public and Non-Profit Administration and a Juris Doctor.  She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.

Edd provides leadership for all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and project management for Meridian Blue Construction. Edd has dedicated nearly 25 years of his professional career to the telecommunications industry. What started as a summer job climbing towers turned into a deep appreciation for connecting people through wireless.

Steve provides oversight for all aspects of construction including safety, quality, and timeliness of services. Steve has over 24 years of experience in the wireless communications industry with over 20 years of management experience, and 10 years of executive experience. Steve’s vast knowledge of all things wireless is invaluable.

Jared is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of cell site construction, including scope, planning, budgeting, safety, quality, scheduling, staffing, material handling, implementation, and customer satisfaction. He brings a vast array of experience and has been with MB since the start.

With over 24 years in the wireless industry, Bob has spent his career focused on the telecommunications field. He has worked in almost every aspect of this industry from starting out as a tower climber, advancing to owning his own successful tower business, then to becoming an operations manager at a large wireless company. With all his experience, he understands todays ever evolving challenges of network deployment. He is excited to be part of the leadership team and to help transform current business processes through the use of Technology.

Derek joined Meridian Blue in 2021 and has 19 years of experience in the wireless construction industry. He is responsible for heading up projects with all aspects of cell site construction. He will also be focusing primarily on Verizon’s fiber network backhaul deployment. But also maintaining existing customer satisfaction, managing subcontractors, soliciting direct work through new customers and will help manage the field team's day-to-day operation

Jesse has been with Meridian Blue since 2019 and has 16 years of experience in the wireless industry. He started as a tower climber and has worked his way up to Project manager. He values customer relations and strives to provide a seamless project from start to finish, whether that be a Carrier Upgrade or Rawland tower build. His main Customer is Verizon Wireless but has worked with all Carriers in one way or another. He is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of cell site construction, including scope, planning, budgeting, quality, material handling, implementation, and customer satisfaction.

Sonny joined Meridian Blue in 2022 and has over 25 years of experience in the Wireless, Broadband including ISP, OSP, and Fixed Wireless construction industry. He is responsible for heading up projects with all aspects of cell site, Feasibility Studies, and Underground Fiber Network construction. Maintaining existing customer satisfaction, managing Subcontractors, soliciting direct work through new customers and assisting manage the field team's day-to-day operations.

Lemarr has been with us since 2020. As the Health & Safety Manager, he plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and maintaining a safe working environment. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, all aimed at promoting and enforcing health and safety practices within our organization.

Stephanie provides oversight and ensures the timely delivery of closeout documentation to our valued customers.  She has been with Meridian Blue since April 2022.

Kayla provides oversight on all things within payroll and the accounting department.  Prior to taking on the business management role she spent ten years overseeing and assisting with project closeout standards and deadlines. She has been with Meridian Blue since 2016.

Adrienne manages the day-to-day human resource and marketing area of Meridian Blue’s policies, procedures, and programs. While overseeing employee relations and organizational development.  She has been with MB since 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in account management/recruiting/HR and over 15 years within the branding and marketing arena.

Travis joined the Meridian Blue team in July of 2019.  He brings a great skillset for site configuration and deployment of warehouse modules.  He is the contact point for the field teams regarding materials, issues, and other related logistic execution processes.
